yeah last time i got bonus thorugh forum posting an next day i make 20$ i was excited and do over trading and by this act i loss an big amout by end of the daya nd that time i was thinking to leave but soon an friend contact me and help me that how make profit so for one i`m doing trade in demo to get expeirence
I also think that main reason for loosing me is that I have very low spirit, when ever I saw my position is going to loss, I just close myy position at that time, I think we should gain confidence first in demo account then come to real account.Quote:

It is the point and i also agree with you . with motivation its not possible to get success and its also true there must be ups and down in our life as well as forex but we must be need handle such things to servive and if we loss our motivation before that then there will not be success.
Its very good that you not leave forex . so many time i think so but never leave forex. anyway loss must be happen in our trade but we need to act with loss. anyway we need consistent profit which may give us more and more confidence but for this really need so much practice.
When we are in low spirit in forex trade, try to stop for a moment and read the biographies of successful traders. Success stories from people who have successfully will provide inspiration and passion to re-start,
This is a good question. if the condition of my spirit was not controlled and the low, maybe I'll stop first trade. This condition is also very influential, because it is very unstable conditions affecting our psychology. I better amused themselves first and tried to calm the mind before deciding to go in and start trade.
