I guess you could look at the existing server on your time and your broker skewer with time in forex factory so that you can see the session tokyo, london, and new york, and I usually trade at a session on the USA because the market price is moving with high winds and good for market entryQuote:

London aur US session say to samaj aata hay, laykin ye lazmi nae kay her mulk may dubair aur shaam ka time hi ho. wiasay mjhe bhi yehi dono sessions ziada pasand hay, laykin raat ziada ho jaanay ki waja say mostly may sirf London session may hi trade kerta hoon.
