Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

Do not everr use m5 and m15 for trading
I think you should always use h4 chart as it is the most trustworthy chart for techncial study
I used to follow h4 chart and then cross check with day1 chart then i used to place my deal

yes i agree even though a trader may be a scalper, a thorough analysis of bigger time frames is quite good to make a right order. i use to trade on m5 but i constantly check m15 h1 h4 and daily chart. bigeer time frames gives a good picture of the market

yeh method ap kay trading style pe depend kerta hai keh ap knsay time frame pe work ker rahe hain ya kerna chahte hain agar ap daily trade kernna chahte hai tooapko h4 or d1 ko dekhna hota hai lekin agar ap scalping kerna chahte hain to apnay short time frame h1 ko follow kerna hota hai

Har koi apne hisaab se kaan karta hai jo trend usy acha lagy usi ko follow karta hai agar ap ne intraday trade karni hai tu ap Time frame 5,15,30 minutes use karen is se aap 20pips ka take profit rakh k trade karen yun daily close ho jayegi trade aur agar long time karni hai tu ap H4 aur day1 k time frame pe kaam karen ye best hain ab aap jo chahen use karen ye aap pe depend karta hai.

When we are speaking about a trend then we don't speak about an specific trend, we are generally speaking about the market's trend that is it bearish or bullish. So, I don't know what do you want to ask? If you are talking about the timeframes then I will suggest you to use lower time frames for trading.
