i mean moneybookers better than alertpay.i am using moneybookers for withdraw and deposit.deposit and withdraw from moneybookers is very easy.moneybookers has support for bank and other in my country.
i do not know about alert pay system i just know about money bookers and also about liberty reserves so both are very fast and good system for money transaction from one country to another.
Dear i am using money bookers to withdraw funds from my account because it is very cheap and have very low expenses for withdraw as compare to the alertpay.And now a days alertpay is not offering withdraw to the visa card.
