Short term forex trading is done by most of the people. I also like to do short term trade. The reason behind this is that i have small capital invested in such huge market. If anyone want to do long term forex trading, he should have a large capital in his account and also aware of the long term trend. I will like to trade long term but there is problem of capital that why doing short term trading.
there are two way for traders to follow in trading forex, short term and long term. To me, long term will be better to work with forex, trading in short term will make bad signals easy. So it harm for traders if they can purify signals for trades. I follow long term trading with H1 TF.

I think long lasting Currency trading is best. temporary is dangerous but if you have perfect information and encounters and also have a good capital you can business temporary easily. without information and encounters temporary business is very dangerous.

If you have enough time to sit in front of your P.C and charts then you need to do short term trading because because short term trading can bring more pips for us but if we have not enough time then long term is best but long term trading is some difficult
Actually i think , Short term trading or long term trading it's depend on traders trading plan and money management . If you have a trading plan then you should follow your plan and Sometime it's depend on market situation . In my case , as a student i want to trade in short term .
Once again it depends on the trading strategy of a individual if he prefers to do short term trading or long term trading.As some traders prefer to do scalping so they do short term trading and aim at profits of few pips , whereas there are some traders who trade on fundamental analysis and do long term trading and keep their position open for long.
it is totally depends on a trader ,such as many trader choice short time trading and many trader like long time trading .i think that long time trading is more profitable then the short time trading , it is proven .the most important things to remember is that whatever time frame you choose to trade ,it should naturally fit your personality.
