money bookers vs alertpay

I'm not the best to deal with Alertpay final because too many problems and I happened many problems with him, most recently about a month ago was $ $ 6 discount from him without any reasons

I have account in both money bookers and alertpay(payza).But i am using now alertpay(payza),because i don't have very large amount.But if i withdraw large amount i will use money bookers.I think charge and service both are better in money bookers.
