On the trading platform I also follow the long trem trend and also doing the long term trade,as a result I also get the good result from the trade and can be safe my account.So for me long term trade is better for me and also uses the H4 and D1 time frame for doing the analysis of the market.

My dear friend I think that you have to learn the technical analysis and then you can know all type of trends, Practice more help you to get experience and then you can know where best trends can make profit from it.

i did not say that this trend is very good because you could judge the market trend yourself you could get the experience in the market do not copy with the other . the trading market has different trend in the different time.
