You have to trade the gaps in all the trend you can spot on all available time frames, usually the larger time frames tells you the over all market trend while the small trend on the smaller time frames are warning of a likely change in trend or affirmation of the strength of the larger trend.
i would prefer scalping, because it makes me feel more comfortable about the trade i am doing. It is not always about fast and quick profit, but it is easier with scalping than depending on any other trend else.
Both up and down trend is good to follow,, minor and major trend is good to follow also as long as we know the good timing using the trend. All trend is good, which important is we really know when we follow the trend, and when we need to wait. It is more important for us to trade in good timing
Bhai market mein trend to har kisam ka yaha par rahta hai koi to is tarah ka trend hota hai jismein reversal point itna jaldi nahi mil pata hai aur wo ek hi directon mein move karta jata hai to main samjhata hoon aise hi trend ke sath trading karna best rahta hai bhai.

I' think that scalping is the best way to get money easily and I' advise you to go down that road to get to profit easily and I think it's easy to get a quick strategy to use technical indicators and reliable.

mere dear bhai mere hisaab se humko hamesha major trend ko follow karna chahiye jo ki Daily Chart par chal raha hai kyunki market hamesha larger timeframe ke trend ke hisaab se hi move hota hai iss field mein :)
