Fear is when we are not confident of the trade which we have taken and there is fear of holding the trade for longer period of time because of the chances of losing money to the forex market. This can not be used for avoiding the losses, in turn the fear will make the traders lose more money.
ashvi, I think to reduce fear need some good preparation and readiness with make a plan in our trade, preparing and planning is something we must create and apply to find out how far we can go in trading, without readiness and good preparation so our trading results would be fear, nervous, and not confident
Dear friend it is just your mentality after your loss because if you are loss in forex trading it is not guilty of your fear it is your guilty because before trading you talk with your fear and fear is also very dangerous for trading like greed. so trade in forex trading with your confidence.
I think that fear will never help you to avoid losses, because if you are afraid to open a position, then you do not have a strategy that is really good. Study abroad again and you have to have a good strategy and can generate a maximum profit, and you will no longer have a fear of open positions.
fear can sometimes lead to a trader loses a golden opportunity for an entry with good quality, but on the other side of fear can help traders to reduce risk of loss. just how we use that fear in order to be a successful trader.
Fear to an extent can be used to avoid loss in trading because if we are afraid of making huge loss or margin call, then we must be very cautious to follow our risk and money management rule to ensure that we are only exposing small part of our account to risk.
Friend we all have this fear effect which prevents us from taking right decisions of trading, so what i follow is just with the money management technique if you have ordered your trade then need not to worry for the losses because we can not have 100% success, even pro traders are getting 70-80% profit, so the losses will be covered up soon, because in panic we take wrong trades.

if we are afraid of losing in forex trading, then we can not make a profit, fear can protect your account from margin call, because we do not make a deal, but if we still have fear, you should not be trading on a real account
