It would be more ideal for the forex traders to enter the forex market when they are trading in the respective currency pair market open session. i,m work mostly evening and it is best for me and i,m earn a lot of profit from it and we have to learn first then try for earning and it is best all the time.

After few days trading i got the idea of timings which are good for buying that are at night late hours when we see profit booking or day traders closing their trades at that time i will be buying and next day between 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. as there is lot of activity that make good opportunity to sell at profitable level.
trader who are doing scalping needs more fluctuated currency pair and best time for trading for them is in new york session as per my experience because i have made sound profit in this session with scalping trading style.
the best time will depend on the news. if you can see that from you news analysis that market will change after the news will publish then the best time is after news publishing and if you can see that market will change before the news will publish then the best time is before the news publish. so you have to understand the market news impact.
In one day, market has 4 session time. Sydney, Asia, London and NY. Those session have each pair which usually has high volatility. For example AUDUSD, NZDUSD, JPY vs rival, these are in Sidney and ASIA session, than EURO and BGP vs their rival for London and NY session. But, almost of trader prefer to enter market in Europa and NY session.
