there is no matter of trend is best, if the trend is upward and you are sitting on buy then its good for you and when the trend is in sell and you also sit in the selling position then fruitful for you. a trader must always follow the trend to earn consistent profit.

Well your depends upon your trading style and your trading strategy.If you are a scalper than you have to follow a different trends if you are a part time trader you have to follow a different trends and your trend also depends upon your strategy.

every trader determine the trend with his analysis, for me I determine the trend by drowning trend line and Fibonacci, and there are traders determine the trend with indicators like moving average I do not like the indicators in my analysis.

aap aise hi pahale se kuchh bhi ekada exact predict nhi kr skte hai forex me situations ke hisab se hi prediction bhi kaam aati hai agar aap sochenge mai bs down trend pr hi trade lagau yaa fir up trend pr to ye mere hisab se bilkul sahi nhi hoga pahle to trader ko analysis krna chahiye ki market ka trend kya hai uske bad hi trend ke hisab se trade lagana chahiye, jaisa ki hm sabhi jante hai trend hi our friend so isme trader ko loss ke chances bhut km rhte hai.

well my friend, absolutely in forex trading I personally think that i like the trend formed in 1hr charts.The trend will be strong and i will be able to predict correctly upto some extent. even sometimes i will follow 4h trends also.
