If I lose I am very much disturbed for a week then I change my trading strategy and I trade with low capital and I do short trade and take small profits only for a few days
I am a new trader and I love to trade with discipline and if I get loss my stop loss automatically close the trade and I don't have to think about it and I use tight stop loss at my trade and I love to trade with full discipline only.
