In my knowledge experience is the first requirement for trading in forex market. In my view without experience trader can make big loss in their trading. By the way I consider that trader should be gain experience before start trading in real account by demo trading.

Agree with you. Experience is the key to successful in forex trade. Every day has gone new experience arise although some experience u lost or see not working. Profit and loss is the part of a trade. If we don't follow money management then we lost money. And we have to risk management to do profit in forex.
