short term or long time forex tread is good . its depend on trader that he trading long time or short time. i trade forex short time. if you are good enough trader that you can be patient than long term is best for you because there will be not a quick return but a guaranteed success after some long time.
I myself see that the new trader in the forex market that suits him best is a short-term trade and use a small frame, but the merchant who has the experience and reached the stage of professionalism could be a long-term trade
