i think that short term trading is best for new trader . because short term trading profit and loss are low but long term trading profit and loss both high. so short term trading is best for the beginner and long trading will be trader experience person about Forex.
i think all depend on strategy to use in our trading, and depend on conditions too in market, if we have style trade like scalping more better we choose shorterm trading, but if we not have more of time to make trade we can choose strategy swing trader , swing trade means long term strategy.
