How to Identify the Good and True Trend

I think the best way to identify the true and good trend is to use boilinger band indicator in M% and M30 if in both the charts the trend is same then it is the right and true trend. I am learning about boilinger band indicator and I like it because it is the easiest one.

I think it is very important to identify good and true trend. I think trend is traders friend. If you identify good and true trend then you can get more then enough profit. I use 50 EMA and 200 EMA to identify trend. when 50 EMA above 200 EMA then trend is up. when 50 EMA under 200 EMA then trend is down.

Yes if you have good knowledge and good skill you can easily identify good and true trend. If you are day trader then news can help you identify good trend. But if you have good study about forex then you can find trend with technical and fundamental analysis.
