Brokers and banks:who depends on the other

Banks do both action in the forex market. They bank supply exchange rates to the broker. Broker depends on the bank for that. On the other hand, Bank also trade through the broker to make money.

Yes, you are right. Banks are the main role thats play all forex broker. The broker are plyed by banks which releated in forex market. But all bank are not releated with forex market.

I am sure that brokers have accounts with banks. Some brokers have segregated accounts for their clients. Basically this means the accounts are seperate from the brokers funds. Some brokers mix them together. I think that all brokers trade low risk and make money on the markets.

of course all the broker are relaying on the bank because forex is one of the bank money game so whatever the data and source will came from the bank before it can be channel out to us

As iam new here but i think it depends each other.and bankers are the main main and important role in forex trader.in my view banker have accounts with forex and they also trade with forex,and thy both depends on each other. brokers who depend on banking for forex speculation.

Banks are market participants. They need not open account with forex brokers. Only forex brokers depend on banks for quotes. This is how it works:-
The banks trade with each other and with multinational corporations, hedge funds etc., These rates are passed on by companies like integral(who are connected to top layer banks) to forex brokers who then send it to clients like us using the quote servers, after creating a spread.
