Jee haa ye sahi hai ke forex tradign market me kam karke ham yaha par ak successful trader ban sekte hai , ye ak dom thik hai , or iske liye hi main yaha par abhi jald bazi nahi karti hu , sirf trading ko acche se learning kar rahi hu .
her trader k lye ek na ek din kamyabi zror hai lekin us k lye yeh b lazmi hai k wo mehnti ho aur mehnat say he kuch kam kare jb tak mehnat say kam hota chala jata hai tab tak seekhnay me zyada say zyada milta chala jata hai is lye seekhty rehna chahye.
I think a year including a short time for a novice to become a successful trader .
however there may be a beginner trader who can do that, though there were not many .
because most traders fail in the first year..

Yes, you are right. Self-confidence is very much important in Forex business. If a person can better in Forex market then need to trade in Forex confidently. self-confidence plays an important role for increasing the motivation level for any trader and it encourages for building a professional career in Forex.
