it is not that absolute, long term trading means more pips than short trading. let say short trading will aim for just 20 - 40 pips, while the longer term aiming for 200 - 400 pips. but in the end whichever the method, we cant really be so sure to get profit. be flexible is the best.Quote:

cautious on the short term, because I think you will face more problems, which might make a bit of trouble when you can not handle it, so I think it is better to use only safe way.
I think it depends on your capital if you have a big capital then you can go for long term trading and if you have a small capital then you should choose short term trading like you can do scalping. There are many traders who keeps open their position for long time to make a big profit because they have a big capital so the risk is less for them.
forex to waise mostly short term trader hi hote hai, because ek to capital jayda nahi hota hai, usko ye dar hota hai, ki kahi unka capital pura loss na ho jaye, aur dusri baat long term trading mein sabse jaruri hota hai, patience, patience rakhne se hum achcha profit le sakte hai.:)
The short term trading only.Because i hate to hold the trade for long terms like 1week or 1month.Maybe only organizations will trade like that... And almost the individual traders will do short term tradings only.Maybe very few individual traders wil do long terms !!
its totally depends on your capital.with a huge amount of capital it is pofitable to trade long term . But i prefer short term trading because i usally trade for daily profit.i think it is easy to earn short profit in short trade and also less tension from long term trading.....
