i have looses the some of the hundred dollar balance and i have feel that we leave the business for the loosing on the trading sites and ofter next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know i loss my money due to reason of bad money management ...........
i feel boring when i loss big amount and i think by the skill i will be recover my loss and this is possible by me and i think most of the time i will be make good by the skill and this is the best for me to make good by the follow money management
Still i am not get stressed loss but one time i amount my 100$ in one day than i elastic all day a bit sad but after undiluted day i can do try again to recycle my experience because i know decline my money due to sanity of bad money management.
In Forex this is not solution of your problem you need to use risk management use only well calculated position size by this you may not have a huge loss your loss will be minimize more lot size mean more loss so be patient use a risk of 2-5% or which is affordable for you this will release your emotions too.

When we will success in demo account then we should start our real business after all that loss is a part in the forex business let alone if we want to avoid losses, then we should use the system a good strategy, and do not forget to use the risk management and money management well too while as forex is a business so we can not stop our loss only If we avoid from loss you can know how to trade and at the time that trade have proper knowledge on it and it also help to increase confident.
I feel very sad when i face heavy loss some time i think i should leave this business. but after some time no i shall do this business and i shall try to get profit and i shall recover this loss. then i challenge whic i accept it in my mind.
still i am not got heavy loss but one time the last month i have looses the some of balance and i have feel that disharded and but by friend encourge me and i have started again, next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know loss my we leave the business for the loosing on the trading sites and i have , recover my loss and start agian trade with money management .
bro in every business we get the loss or profit because it is the part of the business and if we do better job then we get the profit otherwise we get the loss and i think here if we get the heavy loss so it is the time when we are in a big tension and you make many new strategy to make better next time
