I think the choice for MT4 or MT5 depends on traders. Although many traders like to use MT5 for trading , for me, i love MT4 platform because i get familiar with it. In addition, it is easy for using.
better to choose metatrader that we commonly use are already starting early learning, for ease of use metatrader will help achieve success and profit ... but if we want to try something else suppose that we want to try to use MT5 trading is not a problem, as long as we understand first how to use them properlyQuote:

in my opinion meta trader 4 is the best one and it is also the simplest so a new comer or you can a beginner can easily understand it that what it is and how to use it. once i have installed meta trader 5 but i did not understand its functionalities. so for beginners meta trader 4 is the best.
meta five is advance version having some more features added to it. i have not used meta 5 and is using meta 4 which seems me equally good and easy to understand.since i am used to it and it is simple to use i am happy with it.
I have not used mt4 5, but think that I heard, the advantages of MetaTrader 5 is that we can adjust the period of your time and energy and effort that we like. in mt4 we only have the option period of your time and energy and effort m1, m5, M15, M30, h1, h4, d1 and so on.
if I prefer to MT4 because I'm used to using MT4 and MT4 display is very easy to learn while MT5 probably better because its version is newer than the MT4
I knew from the first user MT4 instaforex. My friend had to download and install MT5, and I see I can not use it, not comfortable. MT5 may have been better, but I was very comfortable with my MT4
