My best timeframe is H1 and H4... Mostly I use H1 to trade and H4 to give me support.. and I also use daily for determining that days trend.. I think they are the best for intraday trader.. using too much timeframe or switching between them can misguide you.. This is why you should trade what you feel comfortable with...

this is according to your strategy and money management if we know the trend we will make a big profit but we do not know how mauch the trend will move 20 pip 100 pip this is the question.
which trend... long trend is best to trade in here .. and its very easily doing by any traders with needs very good patience. and if u agreesive .. use the scalping .. i am doing my self.. scalping.. and many time day trading.. but i must be follow the long trend in future with a handsome capital.

Then let me help you. First look at the D1 chart to determine where price is headed. This is the long term trend. Next look at the 4hr charts to find out where price is headed - This is the short term trend. If the short term trend and the long term trend coincide, then you are sure of the immediate trend of the market. Then check the 15 mins chart to find out what price action is doing. If the price has moved counter trend and is ot moving back in the direction of the overall trend, it is time to enter a trade. Make sure you get a confirmation signals from your indicators.l
high time frames is good if we use it as trend, i usually use this it for to know where will the trend go, and i opened at small ones, so i can take and maximize my profit with this way
i think 1 hour chart is best because is me haeen andaza ho jarta hy k flactuation ka isara kis traf hy agar aap 15 mint sy b kam waly chart p depend krtay hen to yeh useless hy or is me kam faida or nuqsaan ziada othana par sakta hy....
