when i will be in low spirit i would try to keep myself calm and i would stop trading for some time because in such a situation you can not focus on your job so it is better to take some rest or do something else.

thet is very big problem because when I have low spirit in Forex I can not take right decision and then I get lose, because that I prefer to get out from trading when I do not have good spirit to take better decision.

It is hard to make good analysis and good trading if we are in low spirit to trade in forex. We can stay away from the market and close our metatrader for a while until we can trade with a new spirit. We must keep our trading safe by trading with calm mind, with a fresh mind and with a stable emotion

Forex traders ke paas trading karne ke liye spirit high honi chahiye, low spirit se na to hum yahan par lagan ke sath forex ko learn hi kar sakte hai aur na hi hum hard work karke forex learn kar sakte hai, achchi spirit hoti hai to work karne me achcha feel hota hai.
It is true that we may feel low spirit while trading because of loss or challenges, but we should not stop trading in the Forex market and we need to read more and more and have to practice more and then we should meditate that we can do and we can be rich.
My friend we all need to understand that without proper understanding of the market we can not make good money in forex trading, forex traders have to have good positive attitude and without proper knowledge, proper discipline then we can not make good money.
