I think H1 time frame is the best trend to follow. Because it tells us a standard trend line. We can follow those trend line. Besides it depends on the trader that what type of trader they are. If they are scalper then they need to keep eyes on the small time frame. If they are a long term trader then they need to keep eyes on the big time frame.
