in my openion If you are a trader that know what the timeframe you trade, and how to trade, then you have your own system. And the system is proved by history that can make money. Then trade according to your system, you system will give out which signal to take, that is, which trend to take.

higher time frame ka trend hi acha hota hay. aap chahay jiss bhi time frame per trading karain. oss say uper aik baray time frame per trend ko daykh layna acha rehta hay. iss tarah loss kam hota hay.

trend ko follow krna chahiye but app ko kabi kabi har time par nahi kabi maeket trend k hasab se up and down hoti hai but aesa har bar nahi hota brother ...............
i do not know about the number of the trend because i am the new one ,but i know this that the trend which the candle make ,it is the best trend if we will follow it then we will easily get the success rather then otherwise
