Main reasons for loss:

I think the main reason is because of the greed of loss in trading. Therefore, every trader should have a trading psychology that patterned hone in avoiding greed in trading. Experience is needed to achieve this.

I think lacking of proper education, knowledge, experience and strategy is the main reason of loss in Forex. Also lacking of confidence can be stated. Another reason that makes traders loser most often is emotion. Again trading without proper money management, proper planing and skill may also be the cause of loss.
