I will suggest for you one thing very imporatntly If you don't want to trade in volatile market as you feel it is very risky then stay away from it but i feel that is the time when one can make most of the money provided they have proper study and knowledge of the market. :)

ya sahi kaha aap nai . bahut sarai traders news events pai hi trade kartai hai . aur mai bhi usi time hi trade karta hu aur .. maira manna hai ki jub market move hota hai to short trading karna chahi ai . jaisai example 5 min ka chart open karkai har eek moves pai hedging ya follow up of trend karna chahi ai kam sai kam news event kai baad 20 min tak 5 minutes kai candle chart pai short trades karkai .. kam sai kam 4 trades mai 3 trades to profit karsaktai hai .. i was did it so many times ....

Yes true and also not only that trading in volatile market can give sure but quick profit.. because only in volatile market trend forms or continue.. but in less volatile market price actually ranges.. this is why you should trade on volatile market most of the time.. but yes staying out from the news time is a good judgement..
