I think not only the hard working but there needs also good learning is the best right way to succeed, one who wants to make money has to be able to manage the risk, no matter the experience a trader have got, you will really loss your money when you don't have the good trading knowledge and strategy to take on trades. Apparently risk management is rightly used when good knowledge is obtained.

As far as i know Forex is a more profitable business.We need to do hard work.But this hard work is not physically.You should know the forex market well.If a trader know forex market better then he will be a successfull trader quickly.So if you do hard work in forex then you will be a successfull trader in this market i think.
In my opinion i think Yes Hard work is a way to become successful in Forex market..but beside doing hard work you got to know each and every thing about Forex....and have to be very careful in while trading
