actually i am do not spend too many time on the demo account i just spend some small time inside there only, i think that spend more time to the demo account will not being the good thing for me so i must not spend too much time inside thee to make the trading
there are lot of threads in this forum having same topic and i will suggest that every newbie should do trading in demo account for six months demo account gives the confidence to trade on live account

I think time is should not be limited here. Forex has not any limitation of time but minimum 2-3 months is should be practice demo account before you start trading in real account or live account. many user can learn short time and many user can be learn long time its also depend on ability to learning.

i think you have to spend 5 month in demo account when you think you generate the profit with demo account and understand the market movement then you have to join real trading then you will generate the high amount of profit with forex trading otherwise do not come in forex trading it is so much risky business
