leverage is among the cause the reasons people generate losses in this marketplace. but there's also other reasons associated with loss.n so i think influence must be used sensibly if we don't wish to lose money. if we make use of maximum influence and use large lots then your chance to experience SL is big
As far as i experienced, the profit and loss of oneself completely depends on his/her experience. Yes, high leverage is a fact to be noticed, but then again, if one can use hi leverage to his advantage, he is sure to profit. And profit always depends on the business tactics. So, if leverage is taken as a tactic and can be played well, there is no chance to attain loss.
Higher leverage is the open gates for flow of funds out of our account, it increase the greediness in the trader and make him to take more risk than his money management plan which leads to some loss. ;;

Using leverage 1:1000 great example I think will give you the opportunity to risk all your capital, but the good news is you can optimize all your capital in a trade you do though MC is the last option. using high leverage means you can gain or loose more.and it is good if you have small capital.but if a trader have big capital he can just use smaller leverage to minimize his loose.it is again about trader.if the trader knows how to manage his risk and use money management rules then dont have to worry.
High leverage does not bring higher losses but it can make you to handle high volume of currency. What brings higher losses is the lot size. For instance, if you are using a lot size of 1.00 and the market goes against you by 1 pip, you will lose $10 which is a lot of money and can wipe your account especially if you have a small balance. So high lot size can lead to higher losses. That is why greed is dangerous.Quote:
