when I feel so saturated with forex trading, I always see or re-imagine how hard I tried to fight in forex trading until I earn money from this business, earnings tentuny this is nothing compared to other traders who have large capital
I basically only use a small capital or frequent use of capital no deposit bonus of some brokers
Forex is not a money making as most of the new traders think and they join this without learning saying that they can do everything and they just have to buy and sell, no problem we can do it. Unfortunately, They get loss and start abusing the Forex trading.
when I was in a state of low spirits, I definitely will avoid the trade, I will trade when I was in good shape and ready. I would think to motivate myself so that my spirit rise again. maybe I will see traders who are already successful in the forex business, or traders who are able to get a consistent profit, because it also became my goal.

Forex is good for trading, when market position is better and trend fluctuation is swift then feel interest and when trends sprit is low then feel engxities. In time I stop my watching trade and wait for sometimes, then again check the market, If the position change, I feel relax.
We should always trade at that time when we are emotionally stable and if we are in low spirit then we should not trade at any cost we shouldtry to avoid trading in that case
