Gold has risen to above 1600.00 dollar per troy ounce and this is basically because of the fact that the dollar has been a little weak. In the coming months, it is to be noted that USD will strengthen and push gold price downwards.

Our preference: Bearish setups within 1600.50 – 1608.05 with targets @ 1595.20 & 1589.53 in extension.

Alternative scenario: Above 1608.05, watch for bullish setups with 1613.54 as target and 1616.77 in extension.
