Short term forex trading or Long term forex trading?

Normally I do short term trading. But if the markets are slow and if it doesn't meet take profit levels most probably it will go for few days. So ultimately it will be a bit long term one until it closes. It doen't matter until it generates a profit for me.

i prefer short term Forex trading 1st i obsurve the market than open a trade i want short term trade but many time market run oposit side in this case trade are long term , some time long term trade are usefull for traders .

so I am day trader and I am using a small charts like 30M-1H-4H charts . But i prefer to trade long terms more than short terms because when we are trading long terms , i think we can avoid the news.

I believe that its good idea to withdraw profits every day because if we dont withdraws then there are chances of lossing that profit also.but keeping profit is also benificial because it will increase you investment and help you to trade with larger lot sizes really !!!

it is true what you say sir, but as a trader you should choose one course of trade between the long and short term, and this will make you feel comfortable in every trading day you do

I ever direct month long term trading but my emotions gain me to equal lengthways line which i projected for perennial statement, so it becomes victimize period trading, One should bang lot of cards to go for extendible word.

I think that various trader believe to open and close deals on daily basis while many traders wait for several week or months in order to get huge profit.Both ways of trading are equally good and it is decided by the trader itself.Thanks every body ....

Long term trade is the best i think .because Forex market always be up and down any time .so long term trade is the best than short trade .

Yes .i think that it is true .forex trading depend on Forex trader .how much needs his /her profit area .

i think short term trading is better for me because of i have not so much trading experience and i have not so much capital in my account those people have lot of experience and capital they can use long term trading.

I wanna to say that even when using the shorters termes trading we have to remains focused on the longs terms trends in the markets. I have been trading using the H1 charts and the trends but to tell you the truth it is only the Longes termes trading that is the most profitables trading option provided you haves the required margins for doing so !!!
