I think technical analysis is dominant in the marketplace because it is easy to learn and understand for emerging markets. I believe that most traders who start trading there will start from this technical analysis and may then migrate to the "basic and emotional" analysis.
i have been trading with using technical analysis as my method to know the trend of the market and i think there are many traders do the same thing with me,
and i agree if the fundamental is great methods then many traders get their good profit with it but for it need good ability to read the news and here is my weakness, i have to learn much about it and i want to combine technical analysis with fundamental, i believe that the results will be great
I think all of analysis method has its own advantages depends to the traders who using it. as we know moat of trader using technical analysis in their trading. so maybe technical analysis is dominated in forex trading.
in thinking that the most dominant is the techanial and sistemental analysis. if you re apply the both analysis regular. you are under stand the market trend. you are follow the market trend easy. you are work the market both analysis. than you are earn the profit regular in this market.
Good point, what is really important for newbies and people that are planning to enter in these market is to acquire the much needed knowledge in order to increase possibility of success...........................................
