The number of pips that a trader makes per day depends on the trading style and strategy. No amount if fixed, some make 20 and others make - 40 pips per day.i think 10 pip per day is good for new trader .
I think forex is a good job.i think how many pips you want is depend on you and we cant say so amny have so amny styles some will make morepips with small lots and some wanna open biglots and look for small pips so it totally depend on you how many you want.Best of luck..................................
yes your thinking is very nice but no tens about how many pips average earn i think if you are trading with combination the more strategy hope you are gain here and you are success ion Forex trading and you are earn hug money from Forex trading.
I'm trying to trade Forex on my own, with 3 strategies based primarily on technical analysis, supplemented by fundamental analysis. I've developed these strategies through homework, lots of reading and just a bunch of research. I bought a system in the past and got burned. Now I'm doing it myself.

bhai ye to strategy par depend karta hai, aur capital par bhi, agar kisi ke pass achcha capital hai, to wo long term trade mein jayda pips gain kar sakta hai, long term karega to jayda pip milega, short term mein daily ka 20 se 30 pip kafi hota hai.
my target is at least $100 profit per month. this totally depends in your talents and how much time you can spend on trading. 250 pips target for month is also possible if you can trade with patience. and indeed you should have several good trading strategies to use under different market conditions.
we can make many pips per day if we have mange our money well and read forecast on the daily i am not a good trader but i always made on average 50 pips per day we just need to manage here our money well and need to read forecast on the daily basis if we really want to win here great money in the forex market.
There are a lot of people over the world join this market so we don't know how many pip. But i think that each trader have a own way to trade here, some of them make profit but some of them lost money too.
Actually it depends on each trader,,, some large and some small,,, varies from 5 to 100 pips,,, it depends on you,,, you choose which one?
