I think it's a good way to increase our spirit, because if we read the story of a successful trader, of course comes the desire in us to be successful as well, and should begin to study harder, because it is not easy to be successful. clearly if you are in conditions of low spirit, doing things outside of forex trading.Quote:

Agar aap forex trading me apna interest loose kar rahen to ye aapke trading career k liye behtar nahi hai hai kyun k agar aap isme interest k saath kaam nahi karenge to aap sahi waqt par sahi faisla nahi le payenge jiska nateeja yahi hoga k aapko loss hone lagega, main aapko yahi rai dunga k aapko kuch din rest karna chahiye jab thoda fresh ho jaye to dubara is business me fresh energy k saath shuruwaat karen.
low spirit can cause loss. so..I will close the trading terminal and keep myself busy in other activities where i can enjoy my work and feel happy. Specially i do the physical work and this brings back my mind to a normal stage. we should never force ourselves to do trading in such mental state because forex trading need good mental and psychology
well your sprit must always bhi hgih becAUSe if you wil trade with low sprit then its not good for you that is why you should trade with sports and you should try to make profits as much as you can kiu ke jab rpfotish onge ache kto hi aap kuch acha kar sakte hain market maiaur ache profit ke liye aap ke paas acha capital hona bhi zaruri hai
we are low in spirit its better to stay away from trading for a while because we wont be able to concentrate on what we are doing and most of the time will always do a wrong thing, in fact our low spirit will be reflected in what ever we do..
