I think the best trading time are London and New York session. Most of the forex traders trade in the London and New York session for trading and earning profit from the forex market. So I think London and New York session is the best for trading in the forex market.
You can trader here on anytime. I think all time is the best for trading. But some trader want to make big profit on short time. And for them London and New York time are best for trading. Because in this time market move too fast.
forex is 24 hrs runing makret but trading time is depend on our timing. if we are full time trader than we can set a time or session for trading. but if we are part time trader then there is need to set a good time in that we can find a good movement in pair. so from this view london and newyork session are very good for trading.
