I also think trading plan is very much essential for trader. If trader dont have any trading plan then trader can face problem. When trader open trade trader should know what the reason is then trader become confident for their trade.
both are good in forex we can do it as long trem if you dnt want much profit and if you have very large capital in your account so you can do it for long trem and if you want regular profit then you have to do it on regular basis that means short time trading..
it depend on the strategy you used for me im scalping so im trade per minute or hr but the long term depend on weeks or day time frame .but i think if you earn good you must not change your strategy we must believe in our strategy and still on it for long time to not confusion
I am real month long statue trader. I may support my positions flush 2-3 months sometimes, i lingo healthy to see the program all the example. So only, retentive term trading is worthy for me. In this method also pleasing profit, but we poverty to act for a lengthy example to piss profit.
until today i am still a short term trader because i'm still training and improving my trading skills to achieve consistent
profit in this business. maybe when i become better someday i will try to trade using a long term trading strategy.
As a new member i want to earn money form forex treading. So i want long term treading. It helps me to earn more then short term treading in forex market.
Making money is not decided by the term, my friend. You can make money whether you trade short-, mid-, or long-term. You just have to know how.Quote:

There are traders who specifically chose the way of short-term trading such as scalping strategy. There is also a trader who chooses only briefly in front of the computer, open a few positions and closed the computer, check the position 3 or 6 hours later. I think, is the right of each trader to determine which type of the selected time.
