From me broker and bank are the one and another side of a coin. They depend one another to satisfied their clients and service provider. broker trade their business by the providing money from bank or their deposited money, one the other hand bank trade their business by the money which was collected from that broker.

I must say that i am very much clear about it, banks are also participating in this business and the brokers depends upon them, they need to open the account in the banks and safe thier comission in it and to use thier money as desired in the forex business.

in the my mind the broker and the bank are deppend on the each others because the treder gave her money on the bank and bank also gave her money to back the broker.
yes you can say brokers are banks because most of the brokers attach them selves to the banks so that you can trust them but actuallt they do it to save money so you can say brokers are banks in my opinion in trading.

According to my knowledge and experience i think these both are depend on one an other because banks offer leverage facilities to forex traders and forex traders are open is accounts in forex market and invest is money in banks.So i think these both are not separate.
