What the best timing to trade ?

from my opinion the best time for me to trade in forex when i was in front of the chart.i have no idea about the fixed best time in forex trading..but i feel that it is not good to trade during the mondays and fridays and during the festival times like newyear,christmas....

Best time for trade? it mostly depends on the individual himself. The way he trades, either scalping or day trading or swing trading. Swing traders requires less time in front of charts as compare to others. So, no one can specify a fixed time for trading as its a 24 hour open market.

i think the best time in forex trading is that when market at peak level where it moving up or down then you will be trading which is more so much profitable for you.

i think that there are many reason for markets movements...and also there are timings, when market will show more movements and we can make a good profit in that time...as far as i know, i think that if European session or New York opens, or market is overlapped from one session to another session...then it will shows alot of movements....besides this, when some important news is released..then it will also make to forex market to movement significantly....

Since Forex market works 24 hours a day i feel trading any time is OK.
But some people find trading is good when two sessions overlap as the volatility is more at that time, i prefer to trade whenever i am free regardless of the sessions open/close.

I prefer to trade at london market has been opened, because when the London market has been opened, then all the markets also have been opened, so it will be very large price movements.
