when we are low in soul its better to keep away from trading for a while because we will never be able to focus on what we are doing and most of enough time will always do a incorrect thing, in fact our low soul will be shown in what ever we do. So i what i would do is quit trading and go for a awesome film. Experiencing an occasion with your partner, partner buddies of buddy is also the best place.
hmm from my opinion ifthe person is not excited to trade, then he shoulds be active in this forum, so he can continue to increase his capital.....lol........he do not want to force himself to trading, if there is no spirit in that particular person.fx
I will want to just go observe TV or rest for a while and then reconsider my choices, some periods remaining away from the pc allows a lot; there are a whole new globe outside the pc which issues more.
if i have low spirit in forex trade then on that day i will take some rest and i meet with my friends to make my mind relax and fresh. so taht i do not trade when i have low spirit to trade in forex. it is better option to me.Quote:

when I am in low soul in currency dealing i will want to closed down the pc and stay a life outside the pc, and come back to dealing later with a clean thoughts and a clean plan and keep gathering as regular, the only thing in currency dealing which decreases my soul is the deceased marketplaces.
Someone need not create any trade first, and try to take a relax, because when that situation is occurring to me it mean that my feelings will switching to the bad feelings, so it is not one of the benefits for me
I will go out, vacation, watching movie, or doing something fun, something that I will not have connection to trade or to MT4, sometimes I go to the beach or mountain to find peace and fresh air. and when my mood and spirit comeback again, then I will start trading again,, its better spent my time doing something out forex for a while, rather than trading in bad mood or spirit and definitely end up with loss,,thats is my experience.
when the industry does not shift and there is no assets exclusively during Christmas time i get low in mood as there is nothing else to do, currency trading has become my spirit to such an level that eliminating time during vacations is challenging.
