Sharing is not bad but in trading it is not so easy to share one's trading strategy or trends with every one, but you can analysis your opinion with other senior traders, and listen their opinion and gather knowledge on forex, so you can discuss with others but keep some points secrets only for you.

I have learnt not to discuss my open positions with other traders, because most times their opinions can cause confusions for me. So i rather discuss about my closed trades.
I don't share my trades with anyone mostly because someone else would either not take interest and if they do they will just be interested with my profits and nothing else. so I avoid to show them to anyone.

Yes i do and i find it as a good way to unwind and learn more, with sharing, am able to let go of the past failures and focus on the future trades, its a good felling hearing about other traders who go through the same things that you do and that kinda gives you the strength to go on and work even harder.
