obviously its a bad & borrowing time.it also a bad experience but i think its possible because forex trade is a business when profit & loss two is easy matter.i have a market experience it is that thursday & friday when market are very risky,so this day i try to stop trade.
Whenever i get in low spirit, i like to go out to take in shop and find for something that can help me to relax my mind. Sometimes i go to cinema with my friends. then when i get good mood i will come back to computer for finding reasons for my loss and try to fix it.
if i am on that condition maybe i moldiness not sort any trading basic, and try to interpret a place, because when that information is occurrence to me it meanspirited that my emotion gift movement to the bad emotion, so it is not the cracking target for me

when I am in low fibre in forex i module prefer to keep set the machine and elastic a lifetime outside the machine, and proceed okay to trading after with a strong mind and a sweet think and prepare assembling as accustomed, the exclusive thing in forex which lowers my fiber is the exanimate markets
