This is because, if i do trade i may end up loosing all that i have. If my spirit is low i do not trade. When you feel that way it is better to leave the markets until when you feel you can trade again Low spirits in trading means that you are not interested at all in trading not by your own will but some intermal factors which you may not understand.

I faced this problem lot of time in Demo account as I am still not prepared for the Real account. I think we should avoid that period when the Spirit is low and you have to wait for proper timing.
when i am in low fibre i testament just change off the machine and go timekeeper some tv or center to any honorable penalisation or call friends and have fun to improve myself get my inebriant place up, but definitely never drinkable intoxicant to increase it, lol
if the spirit of my trade is low, i will stop trading. spirit is also very influential in our psychology in trading. we may not be able to analyze the maximum market value if our spirits are low. would be better if we break our spirits and restore the commencement of trade...

For example, every month you need 10 million to the cost of everyday living, it is in a savings account you have no money worth 60 million. Remember, that money is not money capital for trading. I think i will not make any trading first, and try to take a rest, because when that condition is happening to me it mean that my emotion will turning to the bad emotion, so it is not the good thing to me.
