I find that it is true that the economic news is already out that our analysis is not useful, but do not be as a afraid and do not need to avoid trading during high impact news released, just open two pending orders (sell stop and buy stop) a few pips from the current price, I use the difference of 5 pips from current prices !!

if i trade for news usually i made pending order for buy limit and sell limit about half hour or 30 minutes before the news running so i got that movement on my positiong but remember to put trailling stop for our pending order because news make the price move so fast
