i think trend following is very good and best and important thing in forex trading because in forex if you want to earning well and good then follow the trend and get good earning in forex trading so here i think chart m1 is the best and i think if you follow this chart trend then you earn good,,,
Which trend is best for forex some body trade based on 15 min and 1 hr, i think it is so much risky for long time trader. Some scalper use 1 min and 5 min time frame andeasily blow their account.

I like scalping we can got 2-3 pips in a short time. I used to follow h4 chart and then cross check with day 1 chart then i used place my deal.
strategy is different from each other traders and I'm sure your daily merchant and it can not be equated with the merchant who like scalping thus we can explain your idea.
the best trend is the major trend in daily or weekly timeframe. but if we do scalping, then we must use lower timeframe, but we must make sure that we do scalping in sideway session
