I believe this is important in trading everyday just like washing your face so you do not lose your money. Sometimes some news can really mess you up and cause you to lose your initial capital especially for many of us who have small capital that does not allow you to try and salvage yourself. Sometimes when you have seen previous market reaction to a certain type of news you can actually make some good profit
