One thing though is that we need to study how to trade first. Because if we don't then theirs no use how to practice in demo account if we don't know what we going to practice. What I mean is that we need to have strong foundation so that we know what we going to practice. It not just I open a position and hope I earn. You must have a strategy like scalping or hedging, etc.

It's simple if to follow some rules like first of all learn all the glossary og forex and how it works and about its timings,, than open a demo account for understanding teminal and opration of terminal than open a cent account and practice to control your emotions and greed there.

Hands on learning is the best way to learn, so do trading. in order to learn it, its very important to spend more time on the trading platform. And experience of the market is also a crucial factor to succeed in this business

yes trading regularly will bring good trading experiences which is vital to grow into a successful trader. One need good experiences of trading in different conditions of the market which is easily acquired through hands on practice. So i too believe trading regularly to gain experience is important

most traders who have never traded forex hear about and think it is an easy thing to do. once they enter the markets they get losses, they have to start a fresh to learn about it to correct their mistakes

Then I don't think they are traders at all. Because if you say traders then that means they are professional traders. Its like calling a person doctor even though his not a license doctor. My point is that if a person is newbies I think its better to call that persons newbies instead of trader. Because that newbies does not yet earn the title of a trader.

i think before you become a processional you must start from somewhere. in trading you don have to go to class as most traders learn through trial and error method of which most can take a longer time without understantg but they are trading

It is wrong to compare forex traders and doctors. To be a doctor you need to go thru medical school for years and pass the exam before you can practise as a doctor. You need a license to work as a doctor.

As for forex traders you don't need a licence to trade forex. You don't need formal qualification to trade forex unless you wan't to work as a forex trader for bank or some other organizations. If you're just retail traders like you and me, we just need to open a forex account and made some deposit. So as long as you trade forex you can be called forex trader though you may not be qualified to be called professional trader.
