What is the best time frame to trade??

in the trading business i use H4 and H1 both are the best time frame some time i use M30 tiem frame when i iam short time trading this is the best trading frame in the short term trading when i use long term trading i use than H4 time frame and watching the market best movement and earning best money in the trading job

As its name suggests trading for beginners is not for everyday I am trading for a long time and
I prefer trading on daily taking enteries from weekly and monthly closures but it does require
a lot of nice equities But if you trade every day with minium stops where I think not to more than 30 pips
in any case then the strategy should be solid and pipful I hope you get the point i try
to make i will suggest everyone to start reading the volume because with volume you can trade with even 20 pips stop

Actually it depends on each trader's trade style. I always prefer to trade long so I use a long time frame.
I think long trading is safer than short trading. But whenever I can have a good prediction
in the market with analysis and read the news then sometimes I make short trade to get profit in a short time.
