i agree with you because when we are in low spirit we did not make any trade and and i also prefer to take some rest and make my mind in peace so when next i will open my metatrader then i will use it with full courage and full concentration so every person have its own experience when he get low spirit
Calm mind and patience iss most neeeded things while doing trading.....and new trader should develop positive attitude.....and if he feel low spirit then he must have confidence ...and should keeps himself emotionally strong. Whenever I feel that I am in a low spirit in Forex trade then I try to remember my successful friend in Forex trading and try to improve my spirit. I try to avoid trading when this happens to me. I try to find out the reason for my low spirit and for my better future I start trading again as soon as I feel that my spirit is again at high level.
any one can face low spirit in forex trading.when i will be in low spirit in forex trading i will take break for two or three days than i will start my work with new devotion and will try to overcome the my weak points.
do not force yourself to trade. after some failure trade or some success trade just take a brake. Enjoying a quality time with your girl friend, spouse friends of family member is also a good option. And my main inspiration is by seeing others profit.
i think when i low spirit in forex i leave it for a time to cure my emotion from the losing to let me think good next time i trade, actually the good trader trade always with the loss that they can bear it so they never fall in this mistake
when i am in low spirit then i wait for the better response from the market because i play the one more trade the market opposite side and save my loss and make the profit with this trade and cover my all loss and it is better for me

Usually this happened when I lose a trade. I will feel down and low in spirit. However, what I do next is to review my losses and try to understand why it's a trade that I lost. If it due to my mistakes, then I will commit it to my memory to avoid it happens again. But if it not, nothing i can do about it.Quote:

i am trying to keep reviewing or learning how to use it till i master. So i keep using in demo till i have perfectly learned how to use it.when we gain profit in forex their we also can get loss. loss is the part of the trade and it has also become the part of my trade
